We ask all delegates to take a lateral flow test before coming to the conference. If a delegate has a positive test we respectfully ask them not to attend.  Where a delegate fee has been paid, a full refund will be given. 

Hand sanitizer will be available in the venue. 

Lunch will be served as individual “picnic bags” to enable grab and go and increase food hygiene.

We suggest that delegates don’t have close social contact with other delegates such as handshaking and hugging which will support reduced personal contact both for health reasons and support those who have concerns when in large-group social settings.
